Daniel Gluch holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree of the University of Applied Sciences in Friedberg, germany – as well as a certificate of apprenticeship as a Communications Electronics Professional from Deutsche Telekom. He has experience in the telcommunication industry since 1987. Because of his history in research and development departments as well as in Sales- and Services of leading vendors like Cisco, Telenorma/Bosch Telecom/Tenovis/Avaya, Ascom, he has kept good relationship and contacts to these companies. Especially in Early Adaptor Programs, Proof of Concepts and Pilot projects these relationships can be a huge value add. In his engagement for Cisco he finally was the Technical Lead of the Global Technology Advisory Group within Cisco and in this role he acted as the global interface of the global Sales Force and the product managment / development of the business unites for core call control, Telepresence Applications and endpoints. Daniel Gluch has been Chief Architect for Cisco in the Central European Collaboration Experience Team and responsible for many global Enterprise projects with more than 100 000 endpoints / users. As Managing Director & Lead Principal Consultant of GLUCH COMMUNICATIONS and CollaboFact he still consults personally in Collaboration Architecture Transformation & Workplace / Workspace Transformation Projects of Global Enterprises & International Banks. Additionally he does Market Research and creates studies, e.g. Comparisons of Cisco- and Microsoft Collaboration Integration- or Coexistence Solutions. His name stands for more than 30 years experience and references in the ICT industry.

Therefore modern Workplaces and Workspaces with high end voice, video, collaboration services become possible for all market segments on the same level like in the Global Enterprise.
